Novalit Labs — Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to Novalit Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website (novalitlabs.com), purchasing products from our catalog, or commissioning custom engineering and rapid prototyping services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Conditions & Eligibility
- By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if terms are breached or fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. Products, Pricing & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in the specified currency (e.g., GBP, EUR, USD, TRY) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Accuracy: We strive to ensure photographic and descriptive accuracy. However, slight variations in surface texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of precision additive manufacturing.
- Payment: Payments processed on our site via WooCommerce gateways are encrypted and handled by third-party PCI-DSS compliant providers. Orders are scheduled for production only after payment authorization.
3. Custom Fabrication & Rapid Prototyping
For clients utilizing our bespoke CAD and custom fabrication services:
- Client IP & Submissions: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any design, CAD model, or technical specification you submit. You warrant that submitted files do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or patents.
- Manufacturing Limits & Tolerances: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, additive manufacturing parts are produced to standard engineering limits (typically ±0.2 mm). Deviations within acceptable FDM/resin process tolerances do not constitute defective manufacturing.
- Order Modifications: Custom orders enter queue preparation rapidly. Any design alterations or cancellations must be communicated immediately before slicing and material extrusion commence.
4. External Marketplaces (Shopier, Etsy, Shopify)
- When you choose to purchase items through our external store links (such as Etsy, Shopier, or Shopify), those individual transactions, payment security, and buyer protection policies are governed by the respective platform’s terms.
5. Shipping & International Customs
- Dispatch Times: Standard catalog gear is typically dispatched within standard handling windows; bespoke engineering timelines are specified per project quote.
- Import Duties & Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local VAT/taxes levied by destination authorities. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Novalit Labs components and accessories are engineered for standard organizational, desktop, and specified mechanical applications.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novalit Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from improper assembly, aftermarket modifications, or use outside intended operational limits.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction of Novalit Labs.
